The Bella Suite
1 King Bed & Pull Out Sofa Bed
While its sister resort, The Venetian, is an homage to classic Italian luxury, the Palazzo takes its cue from modern European elegance. The creators of Palazzo decided not to waste any time on budget rooms and went all out to make every single room a luxury suite. Each room features Egyptian cotton sheets, spacious bathrooms with Roman tubs, LCD televisions in the main room and bathroom, and breathtaking views of the Strip. For those looking for even more high-end amenities, there are the rooms on the 23rd level called the Prestige Suites. These suites come with perks like a private champagne check-in and packing/unpacking services.
After you’ve finished getting settled into your luxury suite, you can head over to their award winning fitness center and spa, the Canyon Ranch SpaClub. With over 21,000 square feet, Canyon Ranch offers all the amenities you’d ever want, even featuring a forty-foot rock climbing wall. Or if you’d prefer to venture outside, The Palazzo shares its pool with The Venetian, maximizing the space to relax with over five acres of pure oasis. There are a total of seven pools, four jacuzzis, and 41 private cabanas, and even features poolside cuisine designed by Wolfgang Puck. For those looking for a more relaxed, intimate environment, there is an adults-only pool called the Azure Pool.
There are few better places to shop than the Shoppes at the Palazzo. Besides hosting top-end designers like Jimmy Choo, Ralph Lauren, Fendi, Burberry, and Michael Kors, the Palazzo features an 85,000 square foot Barney’s of New York. The Palazzo even has something for car enthusiasts: a full Lamborghini dealership and showroom.
The Palazzo is also famous for having some of the most incredible dining in the country. Some of the highlights include Carnevino from Food Network’s Mario Batali, Table 10 from Emeril Lagasse, and CUT from Wolfgang Puck. In addition there are great options for burgers at i♥burgers and sushi at Sushi Samba. Since its opening in 2008, Palazzo has been consistently rated a AAA Five Diamond resort, and is truly one of the best places to stay on the Strip.
Sushi Samba Rastraint
Fusing Brazil, Peru, and Japan into one culinary experience is part of the creative masterpiece in Sushi Samba at the Palazzo. In this wooden contemporary restaurant, the design scheme looks more like a work of art, from architectural arches to modern Japanese art wall designs. Sashimi, sushi, and seviche represent the tasteful fusion of this fashionable Las Vegas Strip restaurant. Brazilian beats liven the atmosphere during the hopping lunch and dinner hours. Brunch is a popular choice on weekends (11:30 to 4pm) with options like Doce de Lette French Toast, the South American Frittata (linguica, asparagus, heart of palm, manchego cheese), and Lobster Egg Benedict (miso-yuzu hollandaise).
